Student Agreement Programme – Postgraduate (PEC-PG)
The Student Agreement Programme - Postgraduate (PEC-PG) is a partnership between the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) through the Division of Educational Themes (DCE) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). The Program provides for the granting of full PhD scholarships in Brazilian Higher Education Institution (HEIs) to university professors, researchers, professionals and higher education graduates from developing countries with which Brazil has an Educational, Cultural or Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement aimed at qualification necessary for the student to contribute to the development of his/her country.

O The Federal Center of Technological Education Celso Suckow da Fonseca - CEFET / RJ makes public the opening of the selection process, with a view to issuing the Letter of Acceptance required of foreign applicants in Public Notice No. 25/2018 PEC-PG of Capes (http://www.capes.gov.br/cooperacao-internacional/multinacional/pec-pg), for admission in the first academic period of 2019 in the PhD courses of the following Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Programs (PPGSS) of CEFET/RJ:
- Ciência, Tecnologia e Educação (PPCTE)
- Engenharia Mecânica e Tecnologia de Materiais (PPEMM)
- Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas (PPPRO)
- Instrumentação e Óptica Aplicada (PPGIO)
